This is not a sales book per se but if there’s one book which can help you instantly build rapport with strangers, it is this one! The book has plenty of techniques which help you improve your ‘likeability’. I was fortunate enough to read this book in college!
2) SPIN Selling (Author : Neil Rackham)
If you are into B2B sales or high ticket sales, this is a must read. This book takes you through a scientific journey of how to investigate customer needs. The SPIN technique can help you shorten sales cycle time drastically. I have read this book thrice!
3) Challenger Sale (Author : Brent Adamson & Matthew Dixon)
This book will teach you how to sell in the 21st century. This is the era of adding ‘insights’ and not ‘information’. Your salespeople need to add immense value to customers and not be mere relationship builders. If you want to transform your sales team, look no further!
